A Open House Clerk will collect keys from the branch. The keys will all be tested at the property to ensure they work.
These include keys, meters, property checks and HMO specifics. We will also asses the property as a whole and document this in our overview section.
A special focus is placed on the written word within the report. Clear, concise and accurate to make interpretation as simple as possible.
Each report is backed up with extensive photography which is embedded directly into the report. The photography works as an excellent tool for avoiding disputes and turning properties around to let.
